Kia ora, I am Yanina...
a certified teacher of the 1 Giant Mind (1GM) meditation technique since 2019 and creatress of ONEbeing Meditation. I live in Auckland, New Zealand and facilitate online and in-person meditation trainings both in English and Spanish.
Meditation has been a precious gift for me. Through daily practice, I've found relief from stress, a brighter joy in my days, and a deep connection within and with others. Our 1GM meditator community echoes these benefits.

Why meditate?
When we meditate, our innate deep relaxation response is activated allowing our body to deeply rest and recover from accumulated stress, anxiety and fatigue, and our awareness rapidly expands.

Who can meditate?
Anyone can meditate with the 1 Giant Mind (1GM) technique! No previous meditation experience required.
It can be practised anywhere, without the need of any devices or aids... just yourself!

The 1 Giant Mind (1GM) technique is easy to learn and practise. Considered effortless, you won't need to control your thoughts or concentrate on your breathing.
